Customer Cancellations

Cancellation & Refund Policy All training sessions must be paid for in advance to secure your booking. Please note that once payment has been made, your booking is non-refundable. This policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows us to manage our schedule effectively. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible. While payments are non-refundable, we may, at our discretion, offer the opportunity to reschedule your session where sufficient notice is given. Failure to attend a session without prior notice may result in the session being forfeited. By booking and making payment, you agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Event Changes

Cancellation & Weather Policy At Thebarnyardpack, the safety and wellbeing of both dogs and their owners is our top priority. In the event that a training session must be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to extreme weather, unsafe training conditions, or unforeseen events), the session will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed alternative date and time. We will always aim to provide as much notice as possible in these situations and appreciate your understanding and flexibility. No fees will be charged for cancellations made under these circumstances.
